Kostya Kennedy is an adjunct professor in Ruth Padawer’s Reporting-Writing I class.
He has a B.A. from SUNY at Stony Brook and an M.S. from Columbia Graduate School of Journalism. He is currently a senior writer at Sports Illustrated and an instructor at NYU. He has freelanced for The New York Times, Details, The New Yorker, Time Inc. Health, Attaché, Via, Country Beat, Newsday and The Cape Cod Times. He has also worked as News Editor for Queens Tribune, as staff writer for Newsday and as a reporter for Knight-Ridder.
